Unicare State Indemnity Plan
They seem to cover telehealth for all their plans although allowed platforms are unclear:
OON
No Unicare plans allow telehealth for OON providers. Person I spoke with on the phone today (3/16/20) said he hadn't heard of any move to change that. -Brennan
