As of 11 Mar 2020: 

CPH's regular malpractice insurance package covers telemental health, just as it is.  See: https://www.cphins.com/coronavirus-telehealth-am-i-covered/ which states:

> We are pleased to assure you that the policy with CPH & Associates does cover services provided via telehealth, **as long as services are being provided legally within the scope of your state license**. You should also confirm with your state licensing board and the licensing board of any states you may be providing services in, that they also allow this.

CPH also offers an additional rider for "Cyber" coverage, but that is for the expenses of Something Bad happening to your practice //other than// a malpractice case, specific to telemental health provision, such as the expense of having to notify your patients of a data breach.  The cyber package is not for malpractice coverage and is not required to have malpractice coverage.
